Ordering and Payment
The Minimum Order is £50.00
All prices are quoted in £ sterling

We do visually check all our items, but we would ask you to examine goods thoroughly on purchase.
Orders can be placed on the telephone, by fax, E-mail or through our website.
We accept all major credit cards by telephone. Goods will not be dispatched until paid for in full. 
Cheques must be made payable to Bling and Beautiful.

Canceled orders and Returned Orders that are not the fault of Bling and Beautiful credit card transaction fees and postage will not be refunded.

All our prices include VAT and relate to internet, email or telephone orders only. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice number must be quoted on any query or correspondence.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing order.

Deliveries and Dispatch

It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be dispatched within 4 working days. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email or telephone. Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Returned Goods

Where it is not the fault of Bling and Beautiful, and you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will make a handling charge of 10% of the original purchase price. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 21 days of their dispatch date.
Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Bling and Beautiful. Please return goods with their original packaging. Bling and Beautiful can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. We would recommend you to use recorded delivery

 

Products

All products, unless stated otherwise, are made from artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves, etc. relate to man-made products.
All references to gold, silver, pearl etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.

Legal compliance
This Plantation House returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Your rights as a consumer -
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period -
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at: returns@blingandbeautiful.co.uk or write to us at: Bling and Beautiful, 171 Liverpool Road, Hutton,Preston, PR4 5FE. Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the WorldPay transaction ID. If your order was made by post, please say so.

Refunds due to cancellation -
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.

Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period-
Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and and re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

Returning unwanted goods -
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to Bling and Beautiful 171Liverpool Road Hutton Preston PR4 5FE. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.

Refunds for unwanted goods -
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

Respect your right to privacy. The only information we collect is that which is necessary to provide you with the services you require. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law.

Data Collection-
We will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfill your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Data is collected by means of the order forms on our website, by order forms which customers may send to us by post, fax or email, and by other general emails. We do not use cookies to collect any information about you, your usage of our website or anything else. We use no other means of data collection.

Consent-
Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details.

Data Storage-
BLING AND BEAUTIFUL  ask only for the information necessary to provide you with the services you require. The only data stored on our webservers will be that data necessary for you to access certain facilities, such as the Information Centre. Examples of such data might be account numbers, passwords and email addresses. Any other data we may need to store is stored securely offline. An example of this would be your contact details which we would need to retain for invoicing purposes.

Credit / Debit Card Payments-
BLING AND BEAUTIFUL  allow you to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust all credit card transactions to WorldPay plc, one of the worlds leading credit card payment solutions providers. Where credit card orders are placed directly from our website, the entire order process is fully automated and no human will see the credit card number. Where customers pass their credit card details to us for manual payment, we undertake to destroy the credit card details following processing with the WorldPay system.

Email and News Services-
All customer's email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they can receive occassional emails from us about our services. Customers are free to opt out of the news services by following the instructions on the bottom of each news email. The only other emails we will send will be the automatic invoices or receipts, or reminders to customers that payments are due, or responses to customer queries.

BLING AND BEAUTIFUL takes security very seriously, which is why we use online credit card processing facilities provided by WorldPay

WorldPay are Europe's leading payment service provider and they process for companies such as John Lewis, Disney, Sage and Vodafone. WorldPay have impeccable fraud prevention capabilities and as such are master merchants for Visa and MasterCard.

WorldPay facilities are fully secure and use a range of industry standard and WorldPay's unique security and fraud prevention systems. The WorldPay network uses 2048-bit encryption, with full 128-bit encryption between the browser and the WorldPay network. WorldPay systems are regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system integrity and security are maintained to the highest standards.

The WorldPay processing centre is securely linked to many processing banks worldwide, who handle the credit card authorisations online and process the transactions in real time. The WorldPay servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority. Thawte will only issue Digital Certificates to those servers which meet stringent security requirements. The WorldPay servers meet and exceed these requirements.
